ASUA HAN

Asua is an Australian film director with Korean ancestry. His directing approach emphasizes high quality imagery combined with visual effects. He's always seeking for fresh, inventive methods to incorporate breathtaking visuals in all of his work.

He lost no time in pursuing his passion of becoming a film director after majoring in media arts/fine arts at Sydney University. He began his career as a self-taught offline/online editor and proceeded at SAE as an actor. He has been a film director for a number of years and continues to push the envelope while placing a strong emphasis on visual effects. He enjoys creating other worlds than our own, and being given the opportunity to do so on a blank canvas has given him a clear sense of purpose.

Asua is a filmmaker who takes risks when the opportunity presents itself, appreciates the process, and keeps coming up with novel approaches to produce a certain aesthetic.
